Common Questions

Do you have a certification in career coaching? +
Not a formal certification — something better. Over 30 years working for 10+ different employers, applying for 60+ positions, winning and losing, and helping colleagues navigate their own searches. I know the process from the inside, not from a textbook. That lived experience is what I bring to every client.
How long does a resume rewrite take? +
Typically 3–5 business days from receipt of your completed intake questionnaire and existing materials. Rush turnaround (1–2 days) is available for an additional fee — just ask.
What if I'm changing careers entirely? +
Career pivots are one of my favorite challenges. We'll work together to identify your transferable skills, reframe your experience for the new industry, and build a resume and LinkedIn profile that tells a compelling forward-looking story.
How do mock interviews work? +
We meet via video call or phone for 60 minutes. I play the interviewer — asking both behavioral and role-specific questions — then spend the second half giving you detailed, honest feedback. We can record the session if you'd like to review it afterward. I'm a good interviewer, so you'll get genuine practice, not softball questions.
How do I pay? +
I accept credit/debit cards via secure invoice link, or check preferred. Payment in full is required to begin work.
Do you work with people outside of New Hampshire? +
Absolutely. Everything can be done remotely by phone, video call, or email. I'm based in Keene, NH but work with clients throughout New England and beyond.
