Business Start-up Questions
The following questions are given to our clients who are in the process of creating their business while launching a website. The good news is that using a website framework and consulting with our team will help you to develop an organized presentation for your potential clients and customers.
Questions to help develop your business and its positioning:
What is the name of your business? Or which names are you thinking of creating?
What phone number, address, email and domain (URL) will you use for your website?
What is your main product/service offering?
How will you deliver your products? In a store, service in people’s homes, service virtual, service in-person at your place of business/home?
Describe your typical customer. If you have more than one type of customer that has different needs, please describe that too.
What have past/current clients/customers have said about your product or service?
What is the geographic area you are targeting? National, state wide, county, cities/towns?
How can people currently learn about your product/service? Do you have a printed brochure? A short introductory video? Website? Social media?
